You can rent anything on our website by searching through our collections and products, clicking “add to reservation”, and double checking your dates and contact information before you checkout. We deliver and pick up from anywhere on the island. Just plug ing your corresponding address and desired pick up time.
In the event of accidental damage or staining of a rented item, please notify us promptly. Depending on the extent of the damage or staining beyond reasonable wear and tear, you may be responsible for covering the costs associated with repair or restoration. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage. While we understand that accidents can occur, your timely communication is appreciated to ensure the continued quality of our rental gear.
Delivery and pick-up are available from 8 AM to 8 PM 7 days a week. After-hours delivery and pick up are available for an additional $15 fee. Delivery fees include delivery AND pick-up, and are based on zones on the island. If you are unsure of which zone your rental home or hotel falls under, please reach out and we will be happy to help you!
You can select the appropriate delivery fee during checkout under “Additional Services”.
It's easy - our rentals are priced per calendar day, so if you need the item for 1 day, select the same day for delivery and pick up. For 2 days, select delivery on (example: Monday) and pick up on (example: Tuesday).
Yes, we do. We charge a $25 same-day delivery fee if your requested rental starts less than 24 hours from the booking time. We do our best to accommodate every rental no matter when you need it, and this fee helps us make that happen for last minute requests.
Yes, we do! We offer all military members a 10% discount with proof of ID. Additional discounts may apply depending on the season. All discounts have to be applied over the phone, so we do not have discount codes for you to use. Please contact us if you would like to apply an advertised discount.
No, we do not, for legal and insurance purposes. For more resources regarding how to install, see the manufacturer's guide for the specific make and model you are renting.
No problem! We can pick up at a different location for no extra charge unless it's in another area of the island. If you need to have your items transferred for you, we can do that too! We charge a $35 transfer fee.
Unfortunately, no. We are a delivery -only online based service. All of our inventory is here on the website, and we deliver to you.
In short, yes, however we have a 3-day minimum pricing policy for all rentals. Pricing is shown as the price per day, per item, so rentals of less than 3 days will still be charged for 3 days minimum.
Delivery is based on regional location, and includes both delivery and pick up. These can be added during checkout under “Additional Services”:

Windward (Kailua, Kaneohe, Waimanalo) Delivery: $35
North Shore Delivery: $85

Aulani Bell Desk fee: $20
Same-day Delivery (less than 24 hours notice): $25
Before 8 AM Pickup/Delivery: $15

Please provide us with your flight information when you book (and don’t forget to add the airport delivery fee during checkout!) We will reach out to you the day before your arrival to plan delivery either curbside outside of baggage claim, or at the IHOP/Dunkin Donuts parking lot just around the corner from the airport - this option is best if you would prefer to pick up your rental car first.
